This year marks our 5th Absolute Goodol talent competition on the Absolute Goo site and we want to hear from you!
Whether you are in a band or a solo artist, this is your chance to make a cover of your favorite Goo Goo Dolls song! Whether you are a star only in your own shower or play in your neighborhood bar, we want your entries!
All entries will go through elimination rounds, voted
on by members of the Absolute Goo Message
Board, with finalists judged by our panel of celebrity judges, including
the Goo Goo Dolls!
Do I need to Be a Professional Musician To enter Goodol?
Absolutely not!
Over the past years we've had Goo Goo Dolls covers as diverse as songs performed on wax paper and comb, accordion duets and even 'Slide' done on spoons.
Part of the fun of this contest is the vast diversity in talent and style, and we want all of your entries! So whether you are a professional (unsigned) musician to someone who just wants to see their name on the net ... we want your entry!
